What is the minimum period of stay for villas?

Rental periods for villas are generally 7 nights. Some of our villa owners can allow rental for 5 nights under 7 nights, with or without extra cleaning fee. You can also see the list of villas that have short-term vacancy and can be rented in the short-term rentals section of our website.

What is included in the price?

The accommodation fee you pay includes electricity, water, gas, pool maintenance, garden maintenance and internet.

How Can We Pay the Down Payment Amount?

You can make your down payment either by CREDIT CARD or by TRANSFER/EFT method.

Are children included in the total pax?

Everyone aged 2 and over is included in the number of people to stay in the villa, and the villas are not allowed to accommodate more people than the capacity specified on our website (overcapacity).

When to check in to the villas?

Our check-in hours are between 15.00 and 19.00, and check-out hours are between 08.00 and 11:00.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in our villas unless stated otherwise.

Is the cleaning included in the price?

Arrival cleaning is included in the price. The villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. An additional fee will be charged for an extra cleaning service.

How the pool is maintained?

Pool maintenance is done daily in the early morning hours by the attendant of that villa.

Do the houses have insurance?

This responsibility belongs to the villa owners and these insurances do not cover the damages of our guests staying temporarily for holiday. We recommend that you have travel insurance

What is breakage deposit

Damage deposit; It is temporarily given in cash to the villa owner at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages that may occur to the villa and its belongings during the villa rental period, and is refunded at the end of the reservation if there is no damage or loss in the villa.

What are the reservation cancellation conditions?

How is the distance table of villas calculated?

The location stated on our site is approximate and there may be a slight margin of error. Distances to locations such as beaches, markets, restaurants are for informational purposes only and are approximate. There may be a margin of error not exceeding 100-200 meters. Distance to the sea is used for the nearest seashore. Although the markets and restaurants mentioned in the advertisement are open until midnight, many of them are seasonal. For this reason, opening and closing dates and times may change.
